Is Pinnacle Pools & Maintenance LLC Insured?Yes, we are insured. We will provide proof of business insurance upon request.

How is regular pool maintenance important in keeping my pool clean and clear?During warmer weather with higher swim loads, chlorine is reduced quickly. Regular servicing and maintenance including brushing and vacuuming is required to keep algae at bay. Always remember that when a pool looks clear it does not mean that it is necessarily clean and fit for swimming.

Once chemicals are added, how long should I wait until I can swim again?We recommend staying out of the pool for 6-12 hours; although there are some exceptions.

How often can you come clean my pool?It depends on the type of service you sign up for. We offer several convenient maintenance packages designed to help keep your pool clean and clear all summer long; Whether you need weekly, bi-weekly or monthly pool service,

When should I open my pool?Most clients open their pools during the first two weeks of May, to prepare for Memorial Day Weekend. Pools with heaters installed can open in March.

Where can I find my Maintenance Reports?Maintenance reports are available in your member account.

When is the best time to renovate my pool?Most clients prefer renovating their pool during fall and early winter, as this doesn't interrupt the summer swimming season. However, we can renovate and repair your pool during any season.

What types of tasks can be completed during a pool renovation?A pool renovation typically includes some of the following tasks: Resurfacing Tile redesign, replacement or repair. Installing more efficient pumps, heaters and filters Updating lighting including switching colors of lighting New pool coping New decking Specialty features such as waterfalls, fountains, sprayers, automated pool cleaners, automated controls, and remotes.

Does Pinnacle Pools offer an Equipment Warranty?We honor manufacturers equipment warranties on all parts and equipment purchased through us. Each equipment manufacturer has their standard warranty for homeowner installed products. For more information about product warranties, please contact the office.

Does Pinnacle offer a Craftsmanship Guarantee?We stand behind our name and commitment to your satisfaction. Which is why we offer a 60 day CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE, on every new equipment installation. If you are unhappy with our work, or need assistance now, please call us immediately.

Is there a restocking fee?There are no restocking fees on new items returned during the first 30 days of purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a refund, subject to the limitations below: Muriatic acid, sodium hypochlorite (chlorinating liquid), or calcium hypochlorite. Online orders of hazardous materials including sanitizing chemicals, non-chlorinated oxidizing chemicals, acids and bases, and paint or paint-related products. Custom orders including, but not limited to, custom safety covers, custom spa covers, and custom pool liners. Opened pool liners or pool covers. Used or installed equipment including circulating pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, motors, and lights. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged products.

Do you ship to PO boxes?We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What happens if I need to return my purchase?We offer returns on items that are unopened, unused and in original condition within 60 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds are available for 30 days after the date of purchase. Between 31 and 60 days, all refunds will be issued in the form of in-store credit. Please see our refund policy below for more detailed information. The returned item(s) must be in new, salable condition without cosmetic, packaging, or any other damage and have all product tags, packaging and manuals. We do not accept returns on “custom” products, and chemicals, Pool Paint, Circuit Boards.

How soon will I get my refund?Refunds are typically processed on eligible returns within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the returned product.

When will my order ship?Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.

Where do I ship my return?If you need to make a return, please do so by selecting the order number you wish to return under "orders", in your Member Account page. Once the return process is started, you will receive a return label in your inbox momentarily.
